New Homes and Home Additions
Over the past ten years Bos Design Builders has built a number of new homes and home additions for select clients. By leveraging our design build capabilities and strong subcontractor relationships we are able to offer a convenient one stop shop for all your home design and construction needs. In all cases either Harman or Edwin Bos will work with you directly from initial concept through to the completion of your new residence.
There are several ways we can work with you to design your new dream home or home addition.

In-House Plans: We have many home plans available each of which can be changed to meet your specific needs. This allows for the construction of most basic homes or home additions with only minor upfront design costs.
Architectural Plans: On more complex homes we use a Design/Build approach and, together with you, select an architect. As a team we design a home that captures your vision and ideas while at the same time insuring that cost parameters are being met.
Your Plans: We can begin with any plan you bring us. In many cases these plans may need to be modified and together we can determine the best and most economical way to do so.
